We put you through a comprehensive assessment that reveals exactly what your body can do right now, then we build your entire program around those results. No guesswork, no generic programs.

SMALL GROUP TRAINING

Small group sessions are a great way to stay committed and motivated. You get the energy and motivation that comes from training with other serious athletes, but you're still getting individual attention and programming. 

We keep our groups small for a reason - We want to be able to coach you properly, not just count reps from across the room.

What you're getting:

  • 2 sessions per week with hands-on coaching

  • Sports-specific training methods (not just generic gym work)

  • Programs built around your individual testing results

  • Other motivated athletes pushing you to be better

Investment: $70 per week

1-on-1 PERFORMANCE COACHING

When you need our complete attention and guidance.

Some athletes need one-on-one focus to really dial in their performance. Maybe you're working around an injury, maybe you have specific goals, or maybe you just perform better with individual attention. 

Either way, this is where we can really get into the details of your technique, address your specific needs, and build something completely for you.

  • Exercise Physiology consultation where we coach and analyze your technique

  • 8-week training plan built specifically for your goals and results

  • Specialised rehabilitation coaching and monitoring if you have gone through a sports related injury that needs more hands on work.

SPORTS TEAM PACKAGES

I've been to plenty of seminars that are all theory and no practical application. That's not what we do here. These workshops are about giving your clubs coaches and athletes tools which they can take home and to the club to improve their performance.
