Powerlifting is a form of competitive weightlifting in which someone attempts three lifts in a set sequence; specifically - the squat, bench press, and deadlift.

Tyson is an experienced Exercise Physiologist and an accomplished and passionate Powerlifter. He provides specialised services for those looking to dip their toes in the sport right through to those wanting to take their performance to the next level. 

​

These services include weekly programming - based on week-by-week analysis of intensity to provide the best possible results come competition day. â€‹He also provides 1-on-1 technical training for the three lifts.

Tyson has competed at national level in raw, drug-tested federations multiple times, and currently boasts personal records of 270kg for the squat, and 275kg for the deadlift at a bodyweight of 92.5kg.
