Ascend Dietetics -
Build a Healthier Relationship With Your Food
It’s not just about food. It’s about creating lasting change, increasing confidence, and helping individuals live life to the fullest!

What Does a Dietitian Do?
Our Accredited Practising Dietitians (APDs) provide compassionate, evidence-based nutrition support that empowers individuals to live healthier, more independent lives. Our APDs are qualified health professionals trained to assess nutritional needs, create personalised plans, and help individuals use food and nutrition as tools to support health, function, and independence. We also work closely with clients, families, support workers, and the broader allied health team to improve not just nutrition outcomes, but overall quality of life and wellbeing.
